Maraña is a virtual catalog of trades and services made by women and trans and non-binary people. We consider it a priority, from transfeminism, to share work possibilities among ourselves, circulate resources and help us promote our projects and knowledge. On our digital platform, users can offer and search for those who provide services so that, together, we generate our work autonomy through mutual support. Why be part of Maraña?The catalog aims to be a network of transfeminist professionals that contributes to the strengthening and autonomy of our group. We encourage meetings, exchanges and synergy between projects. Based on our experiences, perspectives and knowledge in trades and in the bureaucratic labor machinery, we work to weave a network of knowledge accessible to all.By registering your trade/service, you will collaborate with the construction of that network, in addition to enjoying other advantages:• Attendance at sectoral meetings with other partners.• Priority to attend some Urdimbre workshops, our pedagogical area.• Discount on services offered by the La Creatura team (institutional communication, audiovisual production, creative management, among others).• Legal and legal support in work projects.• Advice and support in management and coordination of collective work projects (collective strategies for the conciliation of lives in work projects, economic autonomy of resistance, sources of strategic financing for non-profit entities, human resources with a transfeminist and decolonial perspective, etc. .)In addition, we offer free of charge services that we believe are essential to enhance the autonomy of our community against the cis-heteropatriarchal system. By registering your project in Maraña, you help us continue providing these services to those who need them, and you can also benefit from them.• Research resources, such as mapping of entities of the social and solidarity economy in Barcelona, workshops where trades are developed with a transfeminist perspective and practice, spaces open to collaboration proposals (for those who do not have a workshop where they can practice their practice), among others.• Advice on procedures related to labor bureaucracy.• Legal advice to migrated people.
